Manager Finance - MISThe incumbent will part of the Piramal Pharma Limited’s (PPL) Corporate Finance team. S/he will be part of the MIS & will be Reporting for PPL and support in value creation through business partnering, providing critical information and analysis while managing activities.KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL
•Finance, Accounts, Tax, Secretarial, Compliance Teams

•Business Finance teams, Statutory Auditors, Group Auditors etc

Deputy General Manager – Finance CA
EXPERIENCE:
•2 – 3 years of PQ experience
•SAP exposure is extremely preferable
•Experience in manufacturing domain/Pharma will be preferable
•Accounting standards and principle knowledge for day to day and request based activities is a must
•Prior experience of working in business finance role in large MNC
•Experience of working in listed entity would be a plus
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
•Excellent SAP knowledge, Microsoft Excel and power point
•Ability to create effective MIS, presentations & reports for the management
•Business Analytical capability. Hands of experience of analyzing of P&L (Sales, GC, Opex etc.). Costing experience would be a plus.
•Strong team player
•Good communication skills
•Prior experience of working with finance / business in overseas sites would be plus.
The incumbent will part of the PPL Corporate Finance team.
Key responsibilities will be:
§Review and consolidate MIS.
§Preparation and Consolidation of Annual Budgets of the company with detailed analysis.
§Preparation and Consolidation of Forecasts and projections.
§Support and advice the other departments in controlling costs and improving business performance. SPOC for variance / queries resolution pertaining to business for internal customers (HR / IT/ Legal / CS / M&A etc.).
§Handling MIS and various reporting related to the Management.
§Assisting in Automation process and new tool implementation for Management reporting – MIS, Budgeting & planning, Forecasting.
§Business intelligence report maintenance and new report development for Senior management team, Site team and Corporate functions.
§P&L analysis reports: key financial information ratio and analysis to the top management.
§Budgetary and Variance analysis for cost, sales and GLs.
§Support the Board Meeting, Audit committee meeting presentations.
§Accurately present MIS Reports: Budget vs Actual, Overhead cost allocation, Segment wise P/L, BS and CF Statement, implementing system and processes to automate to increase working efficiency.
§On-going IT initiatives to improve / strengthen Internal controls and streamlining monthly preparation of Management report at Pharma Solutions level and Site / Business level.
§Preparation of databanks for various strategic partnerships / investment.
§Liaise with cross function team for various activities ongoing and request based tasks that will be requested by Senior Management team / Corporate Functions and issue resolutions if any.
§Master Data Updation in SAP for FP&A details and compliance.
