Primary Job Function
A seasoned Medico Marketing Content Writer with over 10 years of experience in healthcare communications and clinical understanding is important. Specializing in translating complex clinical and scientific information into clear, engaging, and compliant content. Adept at crafting promotional and educational materials for healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and the public,
while ensuring alignment with industry regulations and brand strategy.

The writer is responsible for end-to-end content ownership across assigned projects, including research, ideation, copywriting, visualization, and editing. A strong grasp of therapeutic areas and communication challenges is essential to deliver impactful messaging across multiple touchpoints. The ability to simplify intricate medical information into accessible and compelling narratives is central to success in this role.

Core Responsibilities

Interpret client briefs and understand content/creative requirements, timelines, and target audience expectations. Candidate should have the knowledge and potential to discuss the therapies with the brand teams and the medical team in organisation Develop content for a wide range of marketing materials for HCPs, including:

  • Brand Promise, Brand taglines
  • Visual Aids (VA)
  • Leave-Behind Literature (LBL)
  • Patient Education Leaflets
  • Video scripts (e.g., mechanism of action, awareness campaigns)
  • Gamification content
  • Therapy shaping

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and client servicing teams to ideate and visualize concepts, translating briefs into actionable inputs for designers and artists. Deliver high-quality copy tailored to each creative asset. Serve as the single point of contact for all medical content and copy-related communication. Demonstrate versatility in writing styles and tones to suit varied formats and audiences. Maintain impeccable grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand voice. Exhibit deep understanding of target groups and therapeutic domains. Conduct thorough research and apply strong organizational and learning skills. Ensure all outgoing communication is medically accurate, brand-aligned, and quality-checked. Managing, guiding and mentoring content team of 3 - mix of creative and medical writer

Educational Qualifications
