The Content Solutions department is a new team within BurdaLuxury, focusing on developing new IPs, also known as content series, commercial video production, custom print, digital, and event programmes for our portfolio of regional brands: Travel + Leisure India and South Asia, Lifestyle Asia India, and Architecture + Design India. This role requires strong project planning skills, creativity, analytical acumen, proactivity, and interpersonal skills, serving as the key facilitator between cross-functional collaboration of sales, editorial, and creative teams to develop, manage, optimize, execute and deliver the production of our commercial and client services.
Reporting to the Regional Project Management Lead, the Project Manager will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders, providing guidance and collaborating with sales, editorial, strategy, and creative teams to drive the successful execution and delivery of projects.

Description:
- Strong understanding of the application of the commercial offering of the brand under digital, event, and print verticals
- Planning, managing, and executing service deliverables, ensuring strong margins, timely execution and client satisfaction
- Collaborating closely with the sales, editorial, and creative teams and/or freelancers to ensure all services and deliverables are executed to the highest quality standards
- Oversees all aspects of the magazine cover shoot, including print and video production, while serving as the central contact point to clients, editorial, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.
Strategic & Administrative Duties:
- Tracking campaign timeline, metrics, and developing project reports for clients
- Managing and tracking P&Ls for all projects you are accountable for
- Source and manage freelancers as needed
- Participate in new business pitches by sharing insights and creative ideas
- Maintain, update, and improve internal workflows and processes within the project management team.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for ensuring the successful completion of all responsibilities as defined within the scope of the position
- Managing all stages of client campaigns from brief to execution to ensure client deliverables are met, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders from editorial, sales, and strategy
- Providing an exemplary level of client service to ensure increased retention and renewal rates
- Working collaboratively with sales and advertising teams to identify upselling opportunities that contribute to company revenue
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of our brands and the luxury industry to advise clients on best practices and ensure high quality client deliverables and output
- Working closely with strategy and editorial teams to ensure campaigns are executed well and generate maximum reach and engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing or agency experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable messages
- Exceptional project management skills with end-to-end efficiency in stakeholder and timeline management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to proactively anticipate obstacles and create solutions
- Experience in collaborating and coordinating with several teams at once
- Ability to see the big picture, strategise, adapt and implement solutions
- Ability to build strong, effective working relationships with internal team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSTeams)
- Familiarity with image tools such as Canva, productivity applications are a plus
