- Lead the IBP process to drive business growth for a GBU,
- Deliver reliable & accurate forecast, best customer service with optimum inventory and right inventory quality,
- Effective engagement with cross functional stakeholders,
- Implement Best-in-Class IBP process for the GBU and ensure compliance to the Group mandatory controls.

About Candidate:
- Experience: across any of the supply chain functions of planning, customer care and logistics
- Soft skills: Team player, strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Technical skills: Analytical & Problem solving, Process, Systems and tools exposure, Project management with hands-on experience of SAP and Excel.
- Education: Graduate (Commerce / Science / Engineering / Pharmacy)
- Languages: Fluency in written & spoken English & Hindi
