The Manager, Accounts oversees accounting integrity through leadership, ensuring compliance with GAAP and tax regulations, and driving process automation.
Manager, Accounts is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of accounting and tax information through effective team leadership, strong control discipline, and close partnership with cross‑functional teams. This is a people‑manager role with broad responsibilities across financial accounting, direct and indirect tax compliance, audit support, and process automation.

- Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring high standards of accuracy, controls, and compliance
- Ensure all accounting transactions comply with GAAP and SOX requirements as defined by global accounting leadership
- Partner with multiple intercompany over monthly cross charging, financial analysis to answer questions and dig into root causes, monitoring account activity for unanticipated fluctuation in balances.
- Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts including Cash, AR, EMD, prepaid expenses, inventory, purchase accruals, expense accruals, and other assigned accounts
- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, including GST, E‑Invoicing, E‑Waybills, customs duty, IGST input reconciliation, transfer pricing filings, assessments, and audits
- Act as key contact for external consultants for tax compliance, assessments, and statutory filings, coordinate internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely submission of information and resolution of audit observations
- Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities within established timelines
- Drive automation, process improvements, and standardization within accounting and tax operations
- Ensure strong communication and coordination across functions to support accurate systems, reporting, and compliance
