About the Role:
As the Lead Recruiter for Southeast Asia, you'll lead the hiring strategy for our Sales and Go-to-Market organisation across ASEAN while partnering on selected hiring across North Asia. You’ll work directly with senior business leaders to build exceptional teams that fuel CrowdStrike's continued growth.
This is a highly visible role where you'll influence workforce planning, shape talent strategy, leverage AI to transform recruiting practices, and deliver outstanding hiring outcomes across multiple countries. You'll also provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to another recruiter while helping elevate recruiting excellence across the APJ Talent Acquisition team.

What You’ll Do:
Strategic Talent Partner
Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to develop workforce plans and hiring strategies aligned to business growth.
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights and talent trends to influence hiring decisions.
Act as the trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to senior leaders across the business.
Use talent data and market insights to challenge hiring assumptions and influence workforce decisions.
Recruiting Excellence
Lead full lifecycle recruiting across Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and other Go-To-Market functions.
Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and market mapping.
Continuously raise the quality of talent entering CrowdStrike by driving rigorous assessment, calibration and structured hiring practices.
Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Innovation
Champion the use of AI and automation to improve recruiter productivity, candidate engagement and hiring quality.
Drive regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives that improve how we hire.
Leadership
Provide coaching, mentoring and performance guidance to another recruiter while helping build a high-performing recruiting culture across APJ.
Share best practices across the APJ recruiting team and help continuously improve recruiting capability.
Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting within Workday and other recruiting platforms.
Use recruiting metrics to identify trends and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
What You’ll Need:
Experience working within a software/SaaS vendor
Demonstrated success recruiting complex Sales and Go-to-Market organisations across ASEAN within a high-growth technology company
Ability to run projects within a matrix environment
Extensive experience in direct hiring methods such as headhunting, search, advertising, database search and referral campaigns
Experience hiring across multiple ASEAN markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.
Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence VP and Executive-level stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Ability to influence without authority in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Strong data literacy and ability to use recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
An understanding of the different attraction methods, selection & assessment tools/techniques and how and when to use them
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Working knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance across the region.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent vacancies while delivering against ambitious timelines and high-quality hiring standards.
Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues across the APJ Talent Acquisition team.
Excellent fluency in English is a must have as, from time to time you will be required to work across the APJ region
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus Points:
Cyber Security or Enterprise SaaS recruiting experience.
Previous Team Lead or people management experience.
Experience recruiting across APJ within a global matrix organisation.
Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, BrightHire or similar recruiting technology.
