We’re excited to welcome new DevOps Engineers to our Network Product Services team! In this role, you’ll help shape, build, and support the platforms that power our network automation products. We work closely across engineering, architecture, SRE, operations, and security, and we’re committed to creating systems that are reliable, scalable, secure—and increasingly intelligent through agentic workflows and AI-driven automation.
You’ll make a meaningful impact by contributing to our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and operational reliability, while also helping us advance automated incident response, intelligent triage, and self‑healing capabilities.
What You’ll DoCI/CD & AutomationYou’ll design and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines that streamline how we build, test, and deploy network automation products. You’ll work with tools like Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and CloudFormation to express infrastructure as code, automate provisioning, and improve the overall deployment experience. We value engineers who continually push automation forward and reduce manual work wherever possible.
Cloud Infrastructure & OperationsYou’ll manage and optimize cloud environments across Azure, AWS, or GCP, and support containerized workloads running on Kubernetes and Docker. You’ll enhance observability with monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, and you’ll partner with our security teams to maintain strong security practices across all layers of our stack.
Network Operations & SupportOur network automation products depend on strong infrastructure, and you’ll play a key role in supporting and improving those systems. You’ll help diagnose and resolve issues tied to networking fundamentals and infrastructure interactions, contribute to runbooks and SOPs, and take part in our on‑call rotation to support 24x7 production environments. We learn from every incident—and you’ll help us implement fixes and preventive measures.
Teamwork & Continuous ImprovementWe believe great products come from great collaboration! You’ll work directly with software engineers, SREs, and operations teams to integrate features, improve reliability, and iterate quickly. We participate in Agile ceremonies, reflect openly, and constantly look for ways to improve how we operate. We stay curious and keep up with emerging DevOps trends, tools, and automation technologies.
