Finance & Accounting
Responsibilities:
Manage and process specific accounting and operational transactions, ensure support in statutory reporting, maintain Master Data.
Accounting:
- Provide support on Statutory Financial Reporting
- Prepare specific MJEs
- Maintain Fixed Assets register (statutory and corporate), prepare NOEM & Capitalization forms, write offs and invoices
- Provide reports and analysis based on auditor request or any other audit missions
- Ensure technical support on T&E + preparation of induction training
- Purchase orders review (finance review and approval)
- Electronic invoice support (ensure invoices transfer, review errors, PO & EPAY match)
Operational:
- Participate on annual inventory
- Maintain electronic and physical archive
- PO creation, EPAYs, CBP
Master Data Management:
Manage:
- Price Book
- Customer Master Data
- Cost Centers
- Projects (WBS creation and annual WBS logic)
