- Optimize core workflows across multi-divisional matrices, transforming manual operational tasks into highly streamlined, scalable digital processes.
- Lead the practical implementation of AI, advanced analytics, and predictive models to enhance customer experience, generate digital revenue, optimize operations, and improve decision-making.
- Drive the lifecycle of internal platforms, applying product development methodologies to translate business intent into product features, technical requirements, and scalable architecture templates across region and global.
- Oversee execution tracking, risk management, and timeline discipline for transformation programs, taking accountability for completing projects within assigned budgets and resource.
- Customer Experience Innovation: Design, launch, and optimize digital touchpoints and customer-facing interfaces to simplify user journeys, enhance and improve engagement channels.
- Pilot and scale enterprise GenAI adoption patterns, and smart workflows using Python and Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
- Application Modernization: Support the functional evolution and technical up-leveling of core business applications, including CRM suites (Salesforce / SFDC).
- Partner with global architecture, infrastructure, to ensure all regional applications align with global enterprise architecture and data governance principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in life science/health care /medtech is highly preferred.
- Experience Range of 10–12 years of progressive experience in Business Technology, Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Automation Engineering.
- Proven track record working within a matrix product-centric org, demonstrating clear expertise in backlog grooming, user experience (UX/CX) mapping, and agile release management.
- Hands-on understanding of Large Language Models, prompt engineering, chatbot infrastructure, and practical proficiency in Python development for building automation and integrations.
- Core Competencies: Strategic thinking, Customer Experience (CX) design, matrix stakeholder management, high business acumen, digital leadership, change management, and continuous improvement mindset.
