Lead day-to-day operations across a hospitality asset portfolio, drive operational efficiency and KPIs (occupancy, RevPAR, ADR, guest satisfaction), implement SOPs, manage vendors/contracts and procurement, coordinate renovations and projects, optimize revenue and costs, and report operational insights to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
A) Operational Leadership & Oversight
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of all hospitality assets within the portfolio.
- Ensure operational efficiency, adherence to brand standards, and high guest satisfaction.
- Monitor key operational KPIs (occupancy, RevPAR, ADR, guest satisfaction, and service quality) across assets.
- Implement operational best practices, standard operating procedures, and process improvements.
B) Strategic Asset Operations Management
- Align asset operations with the group’s strategic vision and growth plans.
- Drive initiatives for revenue enhancement, cost optimization, and overall asset value creation.
- Work closely with operators to ensure strategic objectives are executed effectively.
C) Vendor, Contract & Procurement Management
- Oversee procurement of services, materials, and specialized equipment for operational needs.
- Negotiate, manage, and monitor contracts with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers.
- Ensure service quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness across operational activities.
D) Design, Renovation & Project Coordination
- Collaborate with design and project management teams on renovations, refurbishments, and new developments.
- Ensure projects are operationally feasible, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate with hotel operators for seamless implementation of operational changes.
E) Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare and present operational performance reports to the Head – Asset Management.
- Provide actionable insights, operational recommendations, and strategic inputs for decision making.
- Liaise with internal teams, operators, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
Prior experience in a senior leadership role managing multiple properties or large-scale hospitality assets.
Strong track record in operational excellence, P&L management, and driving strategic initiatives
