We are looking for a Lead Analyst – Data Processing to independently manage end-to-end data processing activities for market research projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Quantum tabulation, data validation, scripting, and delivering accurate, high-quality outputs while collaborating with research and project teams.

Experience

5–8 Years of experience in Data Processing within the Market Research industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage end-to-end data processing activities for market research projects.
  • Develop and execute Quantum tabulations, banner plans, and table specifications.
  • Process, clean, validate, and ensure the accuracy of survey data.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with research and project teams to understand study requirements and deliver timely outputs.
  • Maintain data processing documentation, scripts, and quality checks.
  • Support data analysis through accurate tables and processed datasets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in data processing for market research.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Quantum Tabulation (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and quality assurance skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
