OVERVIEW

The Digital and Technology team of General Mills is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Logistics and Customer Fulfillment team in capacity of a Lead Analyst focusing on driving, delivering, and supporting the key portfolio shaping initiatives in Inventory space across our Supply Chain organization. This position offers the opportunity to experience a full range of project life cycle including discovery, design, development, testing, delivery, and support of the solutions in SAP Supply Chain areas of Operations. Expectation is to scale global solutions, drive innovations that enhance user experience, deliver value to business, mentor the broader Logistics and Customer Fulfillment team and support process and technology across Supply Chain.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide technical leadership for SAP MM and related inventory management solutions
  • Lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient supply chain inventory solutions
  • Translate business requirements into integrated solution designs that support supply chain operations
  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery across design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization
  • Identify and implement innovative, AI-enabled improvements to enhance system efficiency and sustainability
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, integration, data, and operational standards
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to supply chain stakeholders and business partners
  • Mentor analysts, developers, and capability teams to strengthen technical delivery and solution quality
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and enhance inventory processes and supporting technology solutions
  • Drive operational excellence across production support, escalations, ServiceNow performance, and key service metrics
  • Build strong partnerships across business teams, technical teams, and external partners to deliver value

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 14+ years of experience across SAP ECC and S/4HANA, including 7+ years of project implementation and delivery experience
  • Strong experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations in Inventory domain of supply chain environments
  • Deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain, with strong focus on Materials Management, Inventory Management, Quality Management, and Batch Management
  • Strong understanding of SAP and non-SAP integrations to help support solutions
  • Good understanding of the master and transactional data required for SAP S/4 and planning tools
  • Strong business process experience in inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations
  • Proven ability to translate supply chain business challenges into effective technical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic understanding of Production Planning, Warehouse Management
  • Experience in ABAP development
  • Experience with agile methods and ways of working
  • Good understanding of integration technologies such as EDI, MuleSoft, APIs, and third-party systems
