grow, we're seeking a dynamic and skilled Solutions Consultant to join our innovative
team.
Role Overview:
As a Solutions Consultant at Konnect Insights, you will play a pivotal
role in bridging the gap between our technology and the unique needs of our
clients. You'll be the expert who understands our clients' business challenges and
collaborates with them to tailor our solutions for optimal impact.
Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement:
• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and
challenges.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
• Solution Customization:
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to customize
solutions based on client requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration and deployment of our SaaS platform.
• Product Demos and Training:
• Conduct product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities and value
proposition of Konnect Insights.
• Provide training sessions to clients for effective platform utilization.
• Needs Analysis:
• Conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and
cross-selling additional services.
• Proactively address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Documentation:
• Create comprehensive documentation for client-specific configurations
and customizations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably as a Solutions Consultant
or in a similar capacity within the SaaS industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using and presenting SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and technologies.
