Reports to: Head of Knowledge Center
As a Knowledge Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, curating, and classifying strategic data from internal and external sources. You will leverage smart tools and AI-powered platforms to accelerate data processing and ensure high-quality knowledge assets are available for consulting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and classify data from RFPs, project deliverables, and external publications.
- Use AI tools (e.g., NLP, document classification, semantic search) to automate and optimize data processing.
- Tag and organize content in a structured knowledge repository.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to understand data relevance and usage.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
- Generate periodic reports and insights from curated data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data curation, knowledge management, or consulting support.
- Familiarity with document processing platforms and knowledge bases.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with tools like SharePoint.
