Department: Knowledge Center
Reports to: Head of Knowledge Center

As a Knowledge Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, curating, and classifying strategic data from internal and external sources. You will leverage smart tools and AI-powered platforms to accelerate data processing and ensure high-quality knowledge assets are available for consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and classify data from RFPs, project deliverables, and external publications.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., NLP, document classification, semantic search) to automate and optimize data processing.
  • Tag and organize content in a structured knowledge repository.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to understand data relevance and usage.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Generate periodic reports and insights from curated data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data curation, knowledge management, or consulting support.
  • Familiarity with document processing platforms and knowledge bases.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with tools like SharePoint.
