The Senior Full Stack Engineer will develop and optimize APIs and services using .NET Core/C# and Angular, while managing both backend and frontend components. Responsibilities include engaging clients, deploying applications in cloud environments, maintaining code quality, and contributing to system design.

Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team to build scalable, secure AI and Generative AI platforms. Own platform roadmap, architect LLM integrations (RAG, vector DBs, orchestrators), drive MLOps/GenAIOps (CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection), ensure security/compliance (GDPR, SOC2), and collaborate with product, data science, and cloud architects to productionize models and enable enterprise adoption.

Develop and optimize React-based user interfaces for AI-powered SaaS, ensuring performance, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility. Collaborate with backend teams and designers, write unit tests and perform code reviews, and manage CI/CD. Use IaC (Terraform, Helm) and deploy/manage applications on GCP/AWS/Azure.

Lead architecture, development, and production deployment of GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agentic systems). Build backend microservices, data pipelines, and cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP). Ensure production readiness (monitoring, optimization, security), mentor engineers, own critical repositories, and act as technical lead in client engagements.

Maintain and optimize production ML algorithms and services: triage/fix bugs, profile and improve performance, implement parallelism, build and maintain REST APIs (Django/DRF or FastAPI), test/benchmark scalability and efficiency, ensure code quality (tests, type hints, CI/CD), and collaborate with product/data/QA to meet SLAs.

Design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions (RAG, agents, fine-tuning) using LLMs and vector DBs. Lead prototyping, model benchmarking, MLOps, cloud deployments, performance/ security/compliance, and cross-functional rollouts for enterprise PoCs and production systems.

Provide global Level 1/Level 2 IT support across hardware, software, network, accounts and device lifecycle. Troubleshoot incidents via ticketing, phone, Teams or onsite, manage MDM (Intune/Kandji), configure Windows/Mac workstations, maintain inventory, document procedures, follow ITSM SLAs, and collaborate with international IT teams.

Lead and hands-on build internal MLOps and developer platforms for AI/Generative AI. Own platform strategy, cloud architecture (multi-cloud), IaC, container orchestration, CI/CD, observability, reliability, cost optimization, and developer experience while managing and mentoring platform, DevOps, and SRE engineers.

Support data-science projects and SaaS product development by building and operating cloud infrastructure, containerization and Kubernetes clusters, Python automation and microservices, CI/CD pipelines, cost monitoring, and advising on architecture and governance.

Senior individual contributor responsible for architecting and standardizing multi-cloud platform foundations, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security, and cost controls for AI products. Drives reliability engineering (SLOs/SLIs, incident response, RCAs), mentors senior engineers, designs scalable Kubernetes/Docker infrastructure, and acts as escalation point for complex infrastructure and deployment issues.

Develop and optimize React-based user interfaces for AI-powered SaaS, improve client-side performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, collaborate with backend and design teams, maintain code quality via tests and reviews, manage cloud deployments and IaC (Terraform, Helm), and support CI/CD pipelines.

Collect, curate, classify, and maintain knowledge assets from proposals, deliverables, methodologies, and external sources. Apply metadata, taxonomies, and governance standards, use AI/NLP tools to automate tagging and improve searchability, support consulting teams with content retrieval, and generate reporting on repository usage and data quality.

Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Stratumn's Trace platform. Act as trusted advisor between customers, Solution Engineering, and Product/Engineering. Manage project delivery, translate requirements into specifications, coordinate integrations and testing, run success reviews, monitor usage, and drive continuous improvement and best practices.

Lead design and delivery of Power BI dashboards and ETL/data pipelines, build and optimize semantic models and SQL transformations, improve performance, document data lineage, manage BI projects end-to-end, and mentor junior analysts.

Lead QA automation efforts within agile teams: design, develop, and maintain automated tests and test frameworks, analyze large datasets to improve quality and architecture, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to engineering best practices and secure, resilient CI/CD pipelines.

Design, maintain, and administer internal Power BI dashboards, datasets, and models for Finance and corporate functions. Perform data ingestion and transformation using SQL/Python, develop reusable tabular models, support ad-hoc reporting and Power Platform requests, document assets, and deliver demos and training to stakeholders.

Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using TypeScript/Node.js. Manage PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, containerize with Docker/Kubernetes, implement IaC with Terraform and Helm, deploy to cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), oversee CI/CD, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor developers.

Lead and grow an engineering team to design and deliver cloud-native AI/GenAI SaaS products. Drive architecture, CI/CD, IaC, and operational excellence while partnering with product and data science to turn ambiguous requirements into shippable, production-grade AI systems. Hire, coach, and retain talent and represent technical strategy to stakeholders and clients.

Lead design and implementation of scalable TypeScript/Node.js backend systems, own architecture and integrations (REST/GraphQL, event-driven), manage databases, ensure performance and security, define cloud-native deployments, maintain critical repositories, mentor engineers, drive incidents, and participate in hiring for the Mumbai-based SaaS platform.
