Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP - Tech Lead to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, and team management. This role will be responsible for leading technical projects, mentoring teams, and driving technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and project timelines.
- Architect and implement enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive team performance by setting clear goals, offering guidance, and providing performance feedback.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize application performance.
- Ensure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to current processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in software development and team leadership.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC.
