About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics to drive the visual storytelling of our brand. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with the ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and deliver high-impact video content at scale in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to own projects end-to-end while collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead the editing and motion graphics execution for long-form and short-form video content across digital and social platforms.
● Own projects end-to-end from understanding briefs and defining video structure to final delivery.
● Apply advanced editing, motion graphics, transitions, and storytelling techniques to elevate content quality.
● Set creative benchmarks and ensure consistency with brand guidelines, visual language, colour, form, and motion.
● Review, guide, and provide constructive feedback to junior editors and motion graphic artists.
● Collaborate closely with production, content, and marketing teams to align creative
output with business goals.
● Manage timelines, prioritise tasks, and ensure high-quality output with quick turnarounds.
● Stay updated with industry trends, formats, and emerging tools to continuously innovate content.
Requirements
● 1+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
● Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (advanced level).
● Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setup.
● Ability to translate concepts and briefs into compelling visual narratives.
● Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
● Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality and consistency.
● A solid portfolio showcasing editing, motion graphics, and storytelling skills.
