Job Title: Brand Partnerships and Operations Specialist

Khyaal (www.khyaal.com) is India’s number #1 app for senior citizens with over 1.3 million seniors engaging with our platform. The platform aims to help senior citizens make secure payments, participate in free online games, expert sessions, live yoga, musical events and digital workshops.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic and details oriented Brand Partnerships and Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in identifying and forging high-impact partnerships, maintaining strong relationship with existing brands, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new and existing brands and streamlining vendor operational processes. If you have a strategic mindset, a passion for partnership building and a knack for operational efficiency, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll do:

1) Brand Partnerships:

• Identify game-changing partnership opportunities that amplify our brand’s reach and resonance.

• Design and implement partnership strategies that align with our vision and fuel growth.

• Monitor and analyse the performance of brand partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the onboarding process or partnership lifecycle.

• Negotiate win-win agreements, ensuring all parties achieve their goals.

2) Vendor Relationships:

• Discover and onboard top-notch vendors who meet our standards for quality and value.

• Secure the best terms, pricing, and service levels through skilful negotiation.

• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with our vendors, ensuring they remain dedicated allies in our mission.

• Conduct regular reviews, address issues swiftly, and keep operations running smoothly.

3) Drive Cross-Functional Success:

• Act as the central point of contact for all things related to brand partnerships and vendors, driving collaboration across teams.

• Provide clear, consistent communication to internal stakeholders about partnership and vendor strategies, opportunities, and challenges.

4) Optimize Processes:

• Identify opportunities to streamline partnership and vendor management processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.

• Maintain comprehensive records of partnership and vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards

Skills Required:

• Business Development and Relationship Building

• Cross functional Co-ordination and Problem Solving

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- ability to operate advance excel spreadsheet

• Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce.
