Job Description:
The Key Account Manager oversees vital client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, identifying growth
opportunities, and maximizing revenue. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking,
and collaboration skills to meet client needs and business goals.
What You'll Do:

concerns.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. MBA will be a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in B2B Customer Success/ KAM.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Detail Oriented & Analytical.
• Strong project management and multiple stakeholder coordination skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to increase customer satisfaction.
