As the Junior Business Systems & Automation Executive at IIDE's Corporate Office in Lower Parel, you will play a pivotal role in improving how teams and systems work together across the organization. You will build, optimize, and maintain CRM workflows and business automations while supporting reporting, integrations, and overall data visibility.
This role involves working hands-on with CRM platforms, automation tools, APIs, webhooks, dashboards, and system integrations to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and reliable system solutions.
● Business Process & Workflow Optimization:
○ Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and optimization.
○ Understand functional requirements from different teams and translate them into structured system workflows.
○ Continuously review workflows to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
● CRM & Automation Management:
○ Build, configure, and manage workflows across CRM applications such as Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
○ Develop and maintain business automations using tools such as Make (Integromat), n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
○ Support CRM workflows related to lead lifecycle management, sales processes, and marketing automation.
○ Troubleshoot automation failures, workflow issues, and system errors proactively.
● Integrations, Data & Reporting:
○ Build and maintain data flows between business systems using APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
○ Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms.
○ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, reliability, and appropriate structuring across connected systems.
○ Support business teams with improved visibility into operational and performance data.
● Additional Duties:
○ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system solutions.
○ Document workflows, automations, integrations, dashboards, and reporting structures for future reference and scalability.
○ Stay updated on automation tools, CRM capabilities, and emerging technologies that can improve internal processes.
○ Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
RequirementsWho You Are
● Must-Have:
○ 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar tools.
○ Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar.
○ Working knowledge of Zoho Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar dashboarding and reporting platforms.
○ Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
○ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
○ Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
○ Strong attention to detail with the ability to take proactive ownership of tasks.
● Should Have:
○ Familiarity with Deluge, SQL, or similar scripting/query languages at a basic level.
○ Experience working with CRM workflows, lead lifecycle management, and sales or marketing automation.
○ Understanding of database concepts, data structures, and relationships between systems.
○ Ability to troubleshoot workflow and automation issues systematically.
● Nice to Have:
○ Exposure to event tracking, user journey mapping, or behavioral data flows.
○ Experience building or supporting integrations across multiple business applications.
○ Exposure to designing scalable automation systems and process documentation.
