Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts
Executive to assist with day-to-day accounting and financial documentation. The
candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, processing
routine transactions, coordinating with vendors and customers, and supporting
the accounts department in its daily operations.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing or trading
organisations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain
day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle
purchase and sales entries, invoices, vouchers and related documentation.
- Assist
with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Verify
supplier invoices, bills and supporting documents.
- Coordinate
with vendors and customers regarding outstanding payments and
account-related queries.
- Maintain
cash, bank and other accounting records.
- Assist
with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Support
GST-related documentation and routine compliance activities.
- Maintain
proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate
with internal departments for accounting information and supporting
documents.
- Assist
senior accounts personnel with monthly closing and other accounting
activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate
in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- Relevant
experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading
company.
- Working
knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
- Good
understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge
of GST, invoicing, purchase entries and sales entries.
- Good
working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Accuracy,
attention to detail and ability to maintain proper documentation.
- Good
coordination and communication skills.
Compensation
₹30,000–₹35,000 per month (In-hand), depending on
experience and suitability.
