We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that projects are aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs, translating them into functional requirements.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Requirements Elicitation: Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, ensure alignment among stakeholders, and drive consensus.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to support informed decision-making, identifying trends, and pinpointing operational issues that need resolution.
- Project Management Support: Support project management activities by assisting in project planning, tracking execution, and monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Technical Collaboration: Work alongside tech teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements and provide the necessary support throughout the project lifecycle.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assist in UAT activities, ensuring solutions meet requirements and providing training to end-users when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of business analysis practices and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools for documentation and analysis (e.g., MS Office, SQL, JIRA).
