The Role

Perform end-to-end CNC activities, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 architecture (Deployment Server, Enterprise Server, JAS, AIS, WebLogic, and BSSV), while planning and executing Tools Release upgrades (9.2.x), applying ESUs/ASUs, and managing routine package builds and deployments. Deploy and manage JD Edwards environments natively on Cloud Infrastructure, coordinating with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and server performance. Implement and refine system monitoring to track CPU, memory, database performance, and kernel health, transitioning from reactive troubleshooting to predictive maintenance. Administer JDE security, including role-based access control, user profile setup, and configuration of task views and menu filtering. Configure and support modern JDE technologies, specifically AIS Server architecture and Orchestrator, and collaborate closely with Database Administrators (DBAs) to manage tablespaces, optimize database queries, and resolve data blockages across SQL Server or Oracle environments.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • 8–10+ years of experience in JDE CNC roles

  • JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC Administration

  • JDE Tools (OMW, Server Manager, Package Build, Deployment)

  • Middleware: WebLogic / WebSphere

  • Operating Systems: Linux / Unix / Windows

  • Databases: Oracle / SQL Server / DB2

  • Performance tuning & troubleshooting

  • Experience in JDE upgrades (Tools/Applications)

  • Knowledge of HA/DR configurations

  • Exposure to integrations (APIs, Orchestrator, third-party tools)

  • Experience in production support and managed services environments

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Master Degree & any relevant certification
