KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks of the department
- Support data entry, documentation, and report preparation
- Coordinate with team members on assigned tasks and projects
- Maintain records, files, and databases accurately
- Attend meetings and take notes where required
- Support ongoing projects and process improvements
- Handle basic communication (emails, calls) under supervision
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Management or Human Resource Management
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
