KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks of the department 
  • Support data entry, documentation, and report preparation 
  • Coordinate with team members on assigned tasks and projects 
  • Maintain records, files, and databases accurately 
  • Attend meetings and take notes where required 
  • Support ongoing projects and process improvements 
  • Handle basic communication (emails, calls) under supervision 
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Management or Human Resource Management
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt 
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
