(Based at MAS Bodywear – Panadura)

Key Responsibilities  

  • Assisting in handling employee grievances.
  • Support in conducting disciplinary process and HC reconciliation.
  • Coordinating the Onboarding process.
  • Assisting in Executive and intern recruitment process  
  • Facilitate Training and Development programs.

Knowledge and skills

  • Full or Part Qualification from a recognized University/Institute in Graduate in Business Administration.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
