Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine META CI training materials
- Support data capture for time studies
- Create, document, and update internal content and Standard Operation Procedures.
- Map existing processes and facilitate process optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow up on tasks
Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:
- Graduate or Undergraduate following a BCom / Statistics / Data Analytics
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Strong capabilities in data analytics and reporting
