KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with DE team, PE team & META CI team.
- Presentation creation support & preparation
- Following up with SBUs on data & requirement gathering
- Getting involved in & supporting the teams at the UATs
- Taking minutes at the meetings & following up with the stakeholders
- Involvement & assisting in process mapping
- Digital Training material prep based on system gates
- Arranging meetings
- Digital data & documentation filing & 5S
- Need to be able to work on Micro soft Team, e mail, good excel & work document usability
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate in Business Management/ Statistics/ Digital or IT related students from a recognized university.
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing
- Understanding of Supply chain management
- Skills in Powe BI
- Skills in MS office (Excel / Word / Power point)
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English skills
