We are seeking an exceptionally driven and strategic Product Manager-II to own the vision and execution for reinventing and digitizing critical internal workflows across multiple business and support functions (including Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Operations, Risk and Compliance). Your core mandate is to deliver new tooling, through a mix of build-outs and strategic buy-ins, to enhance operational productivity and embed robust controls, detailed audit trails, and automated compliance into every process. This role demands mastery in product execution and the ability to drive change among senior functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
Strategic Reinvention & Productivity Goals
● Vision & Product Strategy: Define the long-term vision and execution roadmap for a suite of Enterprise Productivity Tools (EPTs). Focus on maximizing operational efficiency, minimizing manual dependency, and establishing a single source of truth for all internal data.
● Business Process Engineering: Lead the initiative to re-engineer and digitize key internal business processes across Finance, Accounts, Treasury, and Operations to eliminate bottlenecks and enforce strict, traceable compliance.
● KPI Ownership: Directly own and drive metrics related to internal productivity (target 98% efficiency gain), data accuracy, and cycle time reduction for critical internal tasks.
Execution, Controls, and Compliance
● Tooling Ownership (Frappe/ERPNext): Act as the definitive Product Owner for the core low-code/ERP platform (based on Frappe/ERPNext or similar), translating functional needs into detailed user stories, custom designs, and automated workflows.
● Control & Audit Trail: Mandate and lead the development of features that inherently include required controls, rigorous data validation, and complete audit trail logging to meet both internal governance and regulatory standards.
● Compliance Automation: Integrate automated compliance checks and regulatory reporting features into workflows to ensure adherence to requirements (e.g., RBI, SEBI).
Stakeholder Management and Adoption
● Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate intensely with business leaders across all internal departments (including but not limited to Finance, Operations, Tech, and Compliance) to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure strategic alignment.
● Go-to-Market & Change Management: Plan and execute pilot programs, comprehensive user training, and phased organizational rollout of new EPTs, driving adoption through effective change management.
● UX/UI Focus: Ensure the user experience (UX/UI) of all internal tools is efficient and intuitive, making the adoption of the new, highly controlled processes seamless for all employees.
Required Qualifications
● Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years managing B2B/Enterprise software or internal ERP/workflow automation systems across multiple business functions.
● Domain Expertise (Mandatory): Strong working knowledge of complex internal enterprise operations and the ability to model end-to-end business processes (e.g., procurement-to-pay, asset management, financial reporting).
● Technical Proficiency (Mandatory): Proven experience developing or managing products built on the Frappe Framework, ERPNext, or similar low-code/open-source enterprise platforms.
● Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, technical fluency, and ability to communicate complex process changes to technical and non-technical teams.
● Education: BTech/BE. MBA from a top business school strongly preferred
