Role - Business Analyst / Product Analyst
Experience - 2 Yrs +
Location - Mumbai (Work from office )
Responsibilities :
Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Technical Support: Provide frontline technical support to internal users and customers, diagnose and resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to appropriate IT teams for resolution. Manage IT help desk tickets, prioritize support requests, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Solution Design and Implementation: Design, test and implement technical solutions to address business challenges, streamline workflows, and optimize operational processes using a combination of off the shelf software, custom applications, and integrations. Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance, follow through with regular monitoring of metrics and presentation to stakeholders. Ensure implementation plans match expectations.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to
facilitate knowledge transfer, improve user proficiency, and promote self service support.
Requirements :
- B.E/B.Tech and/or MBA;
- 2 years of experience as Business Analyst/ Product Analyst/ Associate Product Manager (Experience in Wealth management domain would be an added advantage)
- Experience in collaborating with users and partners is preferred
- Strong communication & management skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google sheets
- A great attitude and calm demeanor
- Basic knowledge of APIs and SQL queries.
- Multitasking in a fast paced environment with customer obsessed and solution oriented approach
