We are seeking a skilled and reliable IFS ERP Support Analyst for a short-term contract engagement. This is a back-office role focused on backend configuration, issue resolution, and support enhancements within IFS Applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across IFS ERP modules, particularly in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.
Deliver backend functional and technical support for IFS ERP (primarily Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance modules).
Investigate and resolve tickets involving system errors, data discrepancies, and business process issues.
Execute system configuration changes based on requirements received from onshore leads.
Perform ongoing monitoring, data corrections, and support patch deployments.
Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration logs, and test scripts.
3–6 years of hands-on experience with IFS ERP (preferably Apps 9 or 10).
Strong proficiency in navigating and configuring core IFS modules.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot independently and resolve issues.
Strong written communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
Exposure to IFS Cloud or experience with upgrade projects.
Basic knowledge of PL/SQL and IFS technical architecture.
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
