R&D is establishing a new lab in Yokohama, and RCE LO will deliver lab facility infrastructure, day-to-day operations and hardware installation services. The ICT Infra and Test Environment Engineer will lead the lab facility infrastructure area in Yokohama, securing power and cooling capacity and availability, as well as physical security for the lab.

- Lead the power, cooling and environmental control area for the lab
- Ensure capacity, availability and reliability of infrastructure that supports R&D and NSI users
- Maintain laboratory safety, compliance and physical security

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the lab facility infrastructure domain for Yokohama Lab (power, cooling, environmental control, physical security)
- Plan, implement and operate power and cooling infrastructure to support current and future lab loads
- Monitor infrastructure health, availability and performance; respond to incidents and coordinate corrective actions
- Perform capacity planning and lifecycle management for lab infrastructure, including expansion and upgrades
- Assess and manage risks related to power, cooling and physical security; contribute to change and risk management processes
- Work closely with lab operations, ICT and R&D teams to ensure test environments are supported by robust infrastructure
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for infrastructure equipment, services and maintenance
- Suggest and drive infrastructure improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency and scalability
Essential Skills and Experience (Must Have)
- Experience in power infrastructure management in data centers, IT rooms or lab environments
- Knowledge of cooling and environmental control systems
- Experience in capacity planning and infrastructure lifecycle management
- Understanding of laboratory safety, compliance and physical security principles
- Experience in risk and change management related to infrastructure operations
- Hands-on experience with ICT or lab infrastructure operations and incident response
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical environments
- Good communication skills with engineers, operations staff and external vendors
- Fluent in Japanese for local coordination
- Business level English
