The Senior Manager, Human Resources is a great opportunity to join us in our mission to improve health and access to healthcare.
The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in strategizing and implementing human resource policies and processes for the Diabetes, MiniMed center in Pune.
The role will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to employees and management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing various HR activities and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
- Be a strategic partner and an advisor on key actions to the extended leadership team in Minimed India
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition COE, APAC to identify staffing needs
- Promote a positive work culture and support employee development initiatives, such as mentoring programs and career progression plans.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans in collaboration with Total Rewards and L&D.
- Lead the Talent Management initiatives in India in collaboration with Talent Management COE
- Be the champion of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives in India Minimed in partnership with Leadership team and Diabetes HR.
- Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, at an India as well global Diabetes level
- Participate and support culture building activities along with site and operations leaders in India MiniMed.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is a minimum requirement for this role.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience and 3 years of people management experience
- Proven experience in a HR business partnering role, preferably in India, with team management experience.
- Post-graduate in human resources from a top B school
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Familiarity with HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
