Designation: Intern - Compensation and HR Operations
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Internship Duration: 6 - 12 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis of compensation data, salary surveys, and benchmarking
- Help prepare and review compensation-related reports and documents
- Support the administration of compensation programs, including data entry and validation while ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of employee records in HR systems with a focus on accuracy and data privacy
- Participate in the preparation and coordination of HR documentation (e.g., contracts, policies), ensuring that all data is managed securely
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities, adhering to data protection protocols
- Work on collecting and organizing HR data for reporting and analytics, ensuring data is handled securely and in compliance with privacy regulations
- Contribute to the improvement of HR processes through data-driven insights
Key Requirements
- Masters in Human Resources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
