The Role and Responsibilities

Talent Management & Development:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Design and execute learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Develop performance management systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and reduce attrition.

HR Operations, ER & IR Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, industrial laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR analytics for decision-making.
  • Manage Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR), including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, labor unions, and dispute resolution, while ensuring a harmonious work environment.
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as required.

Administrative Leadership:

  • Manage administrative functions, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and office operations.
  • Oversee travel, logistics, and workplace safety protocols.
  • Develop and monitor budgets for HR and administration activities.

Organizational Culture & Change Management:

  • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive business transformations.
  • Advise leadership on HR implications of organizational decisions.

You Are

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR and administrative experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven knowledge of Indian labor laws, industrial relations (IR), and employee relations (ER).
  • Expertise in HR analytics, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering an inclusive workplace.
