About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and outcome-driven manager with non-IT companies experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations: Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle including onboarding, attendance & payroll, admin-related activities ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.

2. Talent Acquisition: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment by coordinating with hiring managers for manpower planning.

3. Performance Management: Enhance employee productivity by conducting daily audits and maintaining evaluation and feedback records.

4. Learning & Development: Focus on coaching rather than training as Axis My India has daily PMS culture.

  • Hands‑on, action‑oriented individual; not limited to communication but capable of driving initiatives to measurable outcome
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Strong problem‑solving and employee‑relation abilities
