We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage key Human Resources and Administration functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Time Office Management, Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliance, and Administrative Support. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

The HR Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining employee records, supporting workforce planning, and contributing to a positive employee experience.


RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Publish job postings on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
Time Office Management
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and regularization requests.
  • Maintain accurate attendance data and generate monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with department heads to address attendance discrepancies and employee queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company attendance and leave policies.
Payroll Administration
  • Prepare and verify payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors or finance teams for timely salary processing.
  • Maintain payroll records and support employees with payroll-related queries.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in payroll management.
Statutory Compliance
  • Support compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labor laws.
  • Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for compliance-related matters.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and reports.
HR Operations & Employee Support
  • Maintain employee files, HRMS records, and personnel documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support performance management, employee lifecycle activities, and HR reporting.
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.
  • Prepare HR-related MIS reports and management dashboards.
Administration
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate vendor management, office supplies, housekeeping, travel arrangements, and facility maintenance.
  • Support office events, meetings, and employee welfare activities.
  • Maintain records related to administration and office assets.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–10 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Executive, or HR Operations roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment.
