The HR Executive will manage HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, compliance, and support the HR team with audits and inspections.
Position: HR Executive
Location: Head Office – Malad East, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
- Manage joining formalities, induction, and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team team for preboarding and offer letter generation
- Manage attendance, leave, and HRMS updates
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Managing exit formalities and full & final settlement process for PAN India employees
- Assist in statutory compliance activities (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Support HR team in audits, inspections, and internal reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Management, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR operations
- Good knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
