- Configure workflows, approvals, notifications, forms, reminders, and employee/manager self-service processes using platforms such as Zoho People or equivalent HRMS.
- Monitor automated workflows and process performance, identify bottlenecks or failures, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business teams, and technology/vendors to translate HR requirements into scalable and technology-enabled solutions.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow logic, and dashboards to track automation effectiveness, adoption, and continuous improvement.

- Ability to independently identify manual processes, analyse requirements, and translate them into structured and automated workflows.

- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of HR automation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho People / Zoho HR ecosystem.
- Experience in implementing an HRMS/HRIS in an organization transitioning from manual or Excel-based processes.
