We are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our team in India. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for direct business support encompassing all areas of HR that contribute to achieving business results and cultural enhancement. The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to partnering with business leaders on enhancing the organization as a whole.


Flexible working from 2:00 p.m. – 11:30 PM. IST timings. Work from Office

Location :- Thane (Kolshet)

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with the facilitation and management of all HR programs, solutions, and support on both the team-wide and individual level.
  • Work closely with the HR team on business objectives, organizational design, employee engagement, change management, and talent strategy.
  • Execute the delivery and provide timely updates on human resources related strategy and annual responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with HR team Centers of Excellence to carry out company-wide strategies and programs consisting of talent acquisition, talent development, benefits, HR services, and overall employee experience.
  • Provide counsel to the business in areas consisting of performance management, employee relations, risk assessment, leadership development, compensation, and overall talent growth. 
  • Analyze data and prepare reports/presentations for use in discussions with senior management regarding critical topics such as attrition, engagement, compensation, etc. 
  • Develop and implement initiatives that reinforce the company's culture and values.
  • Drive D,E&I initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
  • Lead projects for identified areas of opportunity to completion.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Requirements, Skills, and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience in human resources business partnering, or related role.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and drive delivery and execution. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and employees within India. 
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Flexible working from 2:00 p.m. – 11:30 PM. IST timings.
  • Readiness to travel to domestic locations as per business requirements
