Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a strategic and action-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for navigating complex people-related matters and leveraging Human Resources programs to drive organizational performance and change management.
You will join a collaborative and proactive team of "OneHR" professionals dedicated to partnering with business leaders to create a high-performance culture and a seamless employee experience across the India region.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Strategic Consultation and Talent Brokerage – Provide expert consultation to senior business leaders on human capital matters, facilitating succession planning and acting as a talent broker to identify growth opportunities for high-potential leaders across the global landscape.
Responsibility 2: Business Partnership and Integration – Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Centers of Excellence to execute strategic initiatives, including bringing the "voice of the business" to Mergers and Acquisitions work streams from due diligence through post-close integration.
Responsibility 3: Operational Excellence and Compliance – Ensure compliance with organizational standards while overseeing the Performance Management and compensation cycles, including consistency reviews and the strategic application of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies.
The ideal candidate will have:
8–12 years of experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development, preferably within a multinational, matrixed organization.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources concepts, including Change Management tools, Talent Management, Organization Design, and Compensation and Benefits.
Proven ability in influencing without authority and navigating changing environments to drive large-scale business transformations.
A Graduate degree in Business or Human Resources (Master of Business Administration or relevant postgraduate degree is highly desirable).
