As a Head Spa Therapist, you’re not just supervising daily health club operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Supervise Spa operations: Support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon
- Lead the Treatment Operation: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
- Provide hands-on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints
- Support business operations: Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
