- To lead and manage large-scale Technology Infrastructure programs and projects across the Bank, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, risk mitigation and alignment with the Bank’s IT strategy.
- The role demands strategic oversight, program governance, and cross-functional coordination to enable secure, scalable and high-performing technology infrastructure.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure programs including data center upgrades, cloud, network, cybersecurity, and compliance.
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs aligned to business goals.
- Present dashboards to CIO/EXCO. Ensure audit/regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
- Manage RFPs, budgets, and procurement.
- Drive change management and training.
- Promote ITIL, PMI, Agile/Hybrid best practices.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Define and align infrastructure strategy with business goals.
- Develop long-term roadmaps for infrastructure modernization and scalability.
- Establish governance frameworks for project execution and compliance.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (e.g., data centers, cloud migration, network upgrades).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Work closely with Architecture Head on the the design and implementation of robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation in infrastructure services.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Manage budgets, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with technology vendors and service providers.
- Report project status, risks, and achievements to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with business units to understand infrastructure needs and deliver solutions.
Education: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL / Agile certifications preferred.
Good understanding of Data Center, Network, Cloud, End-User Computing, and Cybersecurity Infrastructure.
