Manage I-GAAP financial reporting, compliance with RBI circulars, variance analysis, internal control reviews, risk monitoring, and board presentations.
This role is responsible for managing Financial reporting including compliance with RBI circular and Accounting standard.
Responsibilities- Responsible for I-GAAP reporting. Variance analysis of the financial statement on monthly basis.
- Monthly presentation for CFO. Review of internal control over the financial presentation and finance department.
- Ensure that compliance with accounting standard as per I-GAAP standard.
- Risk and control monitoring for the finance function and ORMD.
- Putting up various notes to Audit Committees and Board for Approval/Noting.
- Responsibility for preparation and review of board policy.
Qualifications: CA
Experience: 8 to 12 years
