Key Responsibilities
1. Design Leadership & Strategy
- Define and own the overall design vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product, visual, and brand designers.
- Foster a strong design culture centered around innovation, user empathy, and collaboration.
- Establish design processes, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
2. Product Design
- Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms.
- Drive user-centric design decisions through customer research, usability testing, and data insights.
- Create seamless and intuitive user experiences that improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.
3. Design Systems & UX Excellence
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Ensure consistency across products, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
- Define and monitor UX metrics and continuously improve customer experiences.
4. Brand & Marketing Design
- Oversee the company's visual identity across digital and offline channels.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual storytelling.
- Support marketing initiatives through high-quality creative assets for campaigns, events, social media, and sales enablement.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams to align design efforts with business goals.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
- Advocate for design thinking across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience leading and scaling design teams in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology organizations.
- Experience working within B2B SaaS, CRM, ERP, MarTech, CPaaS, or enterprise software environments is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-centric experiences that drive adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.
2. Leadership
- Experience managing and mentoring senior designers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision with execution excellence.
3. Technical & Functional Expertise
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and modern product development practices.
- Expertise in design systems, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and collaboration platforms including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, prototyping solutions, user research tools, and design system frameworks.
- Experience working within agile product development environments.
4. Communication
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to articulate design decisions through customer insights, business metrics, and strategic outcomes.
5. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- A master's degree or MBA is considered advantageous.
- Experience designing for enterprise users and complex business workflows.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven product design practices.
