Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:

  1. As a leader, drive CA channel growth through acquisition and portfolio expansion, owning budgets, P&L, and performance across branches. 
  2. Spearhead market scoping, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Branch Banking to align goals. 
  3. Role includes team recruitment, training, and retention, fostering accountability.  
  4. Enhance client engagement, expand CMS and digital penetration, and define metrics to ensure sustainable profitability and long-term success.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the CA channel, ensuring acquisition and portfolio growth while owning budgets, P&L, and performance across branches. 
  2. Role spans market expansion through scoping untapped opportunities, driving NTB and ETB growth, and aligning strategies with Branch Banking leadership. 
  3. Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of high-performing teams, foster accountability, and strengthen client relationships. 
  4. Additionally, drive CMS and digital penetration, define productivity metrics and KRAs, and execute strategic plans to consistently achieve budgets, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth nationwide.
