Supports acquisition, retention, and activation initiatives through market research, competitor analysis, growth metric reporting, campaign tracking, and cross-functional experimentation. The intern will propose and test growth channels, coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams, and own small projects under guidance. This is a 3–4 month, Mumbai-based internship requiring analytical thinking, communication skills, initiative, and five days per week in the office.
Fynd is a frontier technology company. We started at the intersection of technology and retail because that is where technology was the least available. Over the years, we became one of India’s largest retail technology platforms. But retail was the entry point, not the boundary.
Today, Fynd builds intelligent software that runs business operations. Not tools that help people work faster, but systems that absorb entire functions: manufacturing, marketing, logistics, commerce, quality control. We sit inside our customers’ businesses, harvest deep domain context, and build AI systems that operate autonomously. We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.
About the Role
We're looking for driven Growth Interns to join the Growth team at Fynd Commerce India. This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants to learn how growth is actually built — through experimentation, data, and fast execution — in a real, high-growth business environment. - Contribute ideas for new channels, campaigns, and tactics, and help test them quickly.
- Take ownership of small projects end-to-end under the guidance of the Growth Head.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree (any stream) — final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No prior work experience necessary; internships/projects/coursework related to marketing, business, or analytics are a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude and willingness to work from our Mumbai office.
- Ability to commit to the full 3–4 month internship duration.
