Job Responsibilities
- Work as an individual contributor with hands-on development in VB6 (not a team lead role).
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Windows-based applications using VB6.
- Collaborate with international clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Work with SQL Server to write queries, stored procedures, and perform database operations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing VB6 applications for performance and scalability.
- Ensure code quality and documentation standards are met.
- Be flexible to work in UK shift to overlap with India and US working hours.
Key Requirements
- 3–8 years of hands-on development experience in VB6 (Visual Basic 6.0).
- Strong experience with Windows-based applications.
- Good working knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with international clients/stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Willingness to work in UK shift timings.
