Job Description: General Manager – Finance
Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai
Industry: Stainless Steel Fastener Manufacturing
Salary: ₹17–20 LPA (Depending on Experience & Last Drawn Salary)
Role Summary
A reputed stainless steel fastener manufacturing company is looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager – Finance to
lead the complete finance and accounts function. The ideal candidate should
have 15–20 years of experience in a manufacturing company and possess
strong expertise in financial planning, accounting, taxation, compliance,
budgeting, and business finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function.
- Oversee
accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow
management.
- Prepare
and review MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Manage
taxation, GST, statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor
working capital, receivables, payables, and overall financial health.
- Develop
and implement effective financial controls and processes.
- Coordinate
with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Provide
strategic financial insights to the management for business
decision-making.
- Monitor
manufacturing costs, inventory, profitability, and cost-control
initiatives.
- Lead
and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Ensure
timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance across business
operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA /
CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- 15–20
years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with substantial experience
in a manufacturing company.
- Strong
knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, audits, financial planning, and
compliance.
- Experience
in manufacturing cost analysis and working capital management will be
preferred.

- Advanced
MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
