- The Flow desk, primarily focused on the FX product class, aims at capturing and enhancing the FX Flow footprint by harnessing internal and external data, using LLM and other technology and empowering our Salesforce with actionable insights.

Your key responsibilities
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (emails, webinars, thought leadership content, client conferences) targeting key decision-makers at both HQ and subsidiaries of client organizations.
- Work with internal Sales teams to create content for the FX opportunities for each client segment.
- Work closely with internal technology teams to automate client outreach.
- Work with internal Sales teams to design and continuously improve marketing content and material (white papers, case studies, etc)
- Execute content strategies (whitepapers, case studies) tailored to FX products and services.
- Increase clients’ awareness of DB’s strength in the FX market across regions.
- Collaborate with Central Marketing, Sales teams and Product teams to execute media engagement strategy.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key marketing metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates, lead generation).
- Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on feedback from the Sales and Business Management teams.
Your skills and experience
- Basic understanding of macro economies, derivatives markets (including FX and Rates market)
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate in a Marketing domain such as Advertising, Sales, Branding, etc
- Relevant Marketing experience within the consumer banking or financial industry is preferable.
- Experience in a business development / sales role is an added advantage.
- Ability to create pricing models and be able to understand structured trades.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, VBA preferable
- Strong project management / organizational skills
- Strong excel skills required.
- Strong communication skills and clarity of thoughts
- Individual with a sense of commitment & motivation for self-development along with attention to detail
