We are seeking a motivated and experienced content strategist with a strong background in internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to produce high-quality content and execute measurable communications strategies for our business operations at the Corporate Centers in India.

Job Summary: As a Vice President in Internal and Corporate Communications, you will partner with multiple business areas to create and implement robust communication strategies. You will manage stakeholder relationships, lead large-scale events, and ensure the consistency and effectiveness of our internal communications. Your role will involve curating content for various channels and innovating communication processes.
Job Responsibilities:
o Act as a strategic communications partner, advising on and implementing internal and external communication strategies that align with business priorities.
o Manage stakeholder relationships to enhance business objectives through impactful storytelling and communication interventions.
o Curate and manage content for internal and external audiences, maintaining a robust editorial calendar.
o Write across various styles and mediums, including articles, videos, blogs, and campaign copy, ensuring content consistency and effectiveness.
o Oversee communication channels such as newsletters and digital signage, analyzing their efficacy to refine strategies.
o Develop and implement content-related processes and guidelines to ensure communication consistency.
o Innovate communication delivery through new methods, processes, and automation technologies.
o Lead large-scale events and campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective execution.
o Build a strong delivery network to implement communication initiatives and source stories.
o Collaborate with global communication colleagues to share best practices and align on business mandates.
o Support the team in delivering a shared agenda, fostering a culture of collaboration.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 12-15 years of work experience, with at least six years in managing internal communications.
- Exceptional written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on aligning communication with business needs.
- Knowledge of different channels and platforms for effective content delivery.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in any sectors is preferred.
- Strong team player with a can-do, entrepreneurial attitude.
